Practice true faith, and you will receive more virtue. 

Don't use human ways of thinking.  They have their own human limitations.  You must do everything according to Kami's will. 

There are things which can be done only by following Kami's will.

When we follow the way of Konko faith established by Konko Daijin, we can gradually gain a broader understanding of Kami and be at peace with ourselves, others, and the world we live in.  We can gain sincerity, patience, calmness, generosity, and other attributes or virtues of Kami which can be used to improve our lives and bring about complete satisfaction and inner peace.

These seem to be truly admirable and desirable attributes; however, we too often are unaware of them, simply choose to ignore them, and instead rely on our own limited human capacities.  We must realize that by taking such actions we are forfeiting a precious source of power and wisdom which has the potential to broaden our abilities and vastly improve the quality of our lives and the lives of those around us.

We do not seek to know Kami's will or desires, and continue to use only our personal judgements to guide our lives.  We are forfeiting the tremendous power of Kami and remaining trapped by our human limitations.  Let us be awakened by the teachings of Konko Daijin, practice true faith, and receive Divine Virtue.
